About the Seminar

The SomatoEmotional Release (SER 1) seminar is an advanced professional training based on the Upledger Institute International program, building on the knowledge acquired through the CranioSacral Therapy (CST 1 and CST 2) seminars.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is a therapeutic approach based on the principles of CranioSacral Therapy (CST). It focuses on the connection between body structures, physiological processes, and the effects of past injuries and stressors. Through practical work, participants will learn advanced approaches to supporting the process of somatoemotional release.

Who Is the Seminar For?
The seminar is intended for therapists who have successfully completed the CranioSacral Therapy (CST 1 and CST 2) seminars and wish to further develop their knowledge in the field of somatoemotional release and advanced therapeutic approaches.
Prerequisite for Participation
To participate in the SomatoEmotional Release (SER 1) seminar, participants must have previously completed the CranioSacral Therapy (CST 2) seminar.

✓ Principles of SomatoEmotional Release (SER) and its connection to CranioSacral Therapy

✓ Understanding the relationship between the body, physiological processes, and the effects of injuries
✓ Practical approaches to supporting the process of somatoemotional release
✓ Integrating manual techniques with communication approaches
✓ Developing advanced palpation and assessment skills
✓ Working with energy cysts and patterns of tension in the body
✓ Techniques for the face, oral cavity, throat, neck, and hyoid bone
✓ Enhancing the therapeutic approach when working with complex patterns in the body
✓ Integrating SER techniques with CranioSacral Therapy and other approaches
