About the Seminar

Schroth three-dimensional scoliosis therapy is one of the most recognized conservative approaches for the treatment of scoliosis and other spinal deformities. The course is based on the International Schroth 3-dimensional Scoliosis Therapy® (ISST®) method according to the principles of Katharina Schroth, and enables participants to acquire professional knowledge for planning and implementing specific therapeutic approaches.
The training is led by International Schroth 3-dimensional Scoliosis Therapy® – ISST® and will be delivered by Jasminka Dedović, bacc. physioth. The course will be conducted in English.

✓ Fundamentals of scoliosis: etiology, biomechanics, progression, and postural imbalance

✓ Diagnostics: clinical examination, functional tests, X-ray analysis, and scoliometer assessment
✓ Scoliosis classifications: Schroth, King, Rigo, and Lenke
✓ Specific mobilization techniques
✓ Corrective breathing and respiratory therapy
✓ 3D stabilization and self-correction
✓ Adaptation of posture and activities in everyday life
✓ Sagittal correction and stabilization of the spine
✓ Multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of scoliosis
