The CranioSacral Therapy (CST 1) seminar is professional training based on the program of the Upledger Institute International, designed to introduce the fundamentals of CranioSacral Therapy. Through practical work, you will learn techniques for assessing and normalizing the craniosacral system, develop precise palpation skills, and become familiar with approaches that support the body's natural processes.
